At Ghorepani you can find eight different species of Rhododendron, (locally known as Laliguras) bloom during the month of March – mid April. From Ghorepani climb an hour from the pass to Poon Hill early in the morning, this is perhaps the highlight of this trip. From Poon Hill you can enjoy beautiful sunrise along with spectacular view of the majestic mountains. Then, descend through the beautiful village of Ghandruk, an attractive Gurung settlement village. Some of the other famous villages of Annapurna region you will be visiting in this trek include: Manang village of Ulleri and Deorali.
